ATEN Booking Policy

Reservations

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We recommend booking in advance.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time. Tables are held for 15 minutes after your booking time.

Seating Time

• 1–2 guests: up to 1.5 hours

• 3–6 guests: up to 2 hours

• Larger groups: confirmed on booking

Deposits (Groups & Events)

Deposits may be required for larger bookings. These are non-refundable but can be transferred with 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.

Walk-ins

Welcome, but not guaranteed — especially during busy periods.

Dietary Requirements

Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate where possible.

Service Charge

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to your bill and shared amongst our team.
